Our host was, as usual, a generous one. we feasted on a Sheepmeat omelet accompanied by white cream and saffron honey to smear on our ovenfresh flatbread. Anton couldn't get over how well he slept that night, and decided to buy the pillow he slept on that night, hoping it held more dreams of the same caliber. After packing up we followed our host to a natural hot spring where we (FINALLY) got to swim and splash around until our hands were wrinkly.
Next up was a Zoroastrian fire temple, then we headed for Persepolis. Anton went exploring the canyons above the ruins, while Tom, Lynn and Oli paid the entrance fee to get a closer look, Yuri and Stef chose the middle height to watch te crowd trickle in like ants.
After marveling at all layers of these ruins we headed for Shiraz, where our crew was reduced by one member. Tom's flight was on saturday, and so we put him on a bus back to Tehran after giving him a strong left and thanking him for the amazing visit.
