We climbed an outrageously steep hill out of Zonguldak, and were rewarded with free coffee and bread from Ugur Ak at the top. Next up was a beautiful valley of pinery, where we found a small village that offered us some more hot beverages as the wind started picking up and turned into a hailshower in a matter of minutes. When the coast was clear, it was clear we had to follow the coast again, which offered us the first of many stunning views. With strong winds in our back we practically flew into Bartin, which lies a bit inland between the misty mountains.
