With the Mostar bridge rapidly approaching, we spent the better part of the day improving our highdiving form. We took off exactly at 17h13 and slowly followed the coastline to Split. We took turns in throwing up as a result of undercooked meat. Our first stop was Sibenik, where we found Saint Nicolas during his summer break, strolling around at a medieval fair. We dove into the harbour to handselect our mussels from the Adriatic and laughed in the face of foodpoisoning as we cooked them.
Since our power level was temporarily under 9000, we couldn’t keep full focus on the road and pondered about what regular humans usually do on a vacation. We found a 4 star hotel pool chair and a private beach to go with it, blending in with the lounging tourists. After an exhilarating day of bronzing, we hung up our treebeds next to a rocky beach where we caught – surprise surprise – a rockfish. Fueled by our almond harvest, a new discovery, we recovered to full HP. We swapped the swimming shorts for cycling pants and put our legs back to work work work work work.
